Project Managers: in charge of managing the requirements of the Client, available to provide consultancy and assistance at all stages of the project, as well as advice on planning.
Language Quality Assurance: in charge of organising and coordinating the work of translators and revisers. This role includes the pre-analysis and supervision of projects, interaction with the Client regarding linguistic matters and post-sales assistance.
Translators, revisers, interpreters: activities include translation, revision, quality control, interpreting and terminology management. Selected according to a strict qualification process that attributes a score to each language professional. Minimum requisites: Degree in Languages or Translation/Interpreting, documented experience and knowledge of sector-specific language. Each professional is continuously monitored via quality control processes.
IT & Security Manager: identifies solutions to guarantee the security of client data (LAN with permission settings and user groups, FTP for major projects, Firewall, half-yearly LAN vulnerability testing with penetration tests, etc…)
